Status: Active
What it means:
The team member has accepted the invitation, set up their account, and can access Mooven based on their assigned role and permissions.
What this impacts:
The user can log in successfully
They can access assigned teams and programmes
Their access level matches the role and usage type set by the admin
No action is required once a user is Active.
Admin Tips
If a user is unable to log in, always confirm their status first.
Password resets can only be completed once a user is Active.
Ensure the correct email address is used when sending invitations to avoid delays.
