For more detail on each annotation, open the annotation sidebar.

Viewing incidents on your site

Incidents are on by default when viewing the last 24hrs. When viewing time periods greater than this annotations will be toggled off on your map and graph. This is due to the potential for making it difficult to decipher multiple incidents at the same time.

Turning on incidents for these longer time periods is available in the incidents panel.

It's possible to show all events on the map and charts by toggling on the "Show all on map" and "show all on charts" toggles.

Alternatively, individual incidents can be selected for display on the map and graph by selecting the incident within the incident panel.
