Creating a Scorecard

To get started, follow the steps below to create your first project scorecard:

  1. Click the Mooven logo in the top left to go home. On the main navigation menu here you will see all sites available you will see the scorecard menu item.

  2. Click Scorecard

The first time you create a scorecard for this site, we will need to collect key parameters.

  1. Step through the screen prompts to create a scorecard.

  2. Click next after each prompt You will be prompted to complete the following information below.

3. Data inputs you will be asked to complete

  • A URL to your Mooven site - Select the routes that you would like to be part of your scorecard then copy the URL from the address bar

  • Delay limits - let us know if there are delay limits that you would like to attach to each route

  • Start and end dates - What are the start and end dates you would like to be reported in your scorecard?

  • Days of the week you were on-site - select the appropriate days of the week

  • Time of shifts - What time did shifts usually begin and end?

  • Baselines - In order to compare the impact of your work, and to attribute a score, we will use all recorded data prior to the scheduled date of work.

  • Your synopsis on the site - add some qualitative commentary to your report. Add your synopsis of strengths, weaknesses, hindrances and learnings you had during this project. Add any additional comments that you would like added to the scorecard.

Receiving your scorecard

You can expect your scorecard to be completed within 1-2 working days and we'll inform you when it's ready. We may be in contact if we require clarification on any details contained within your scorecard request.

As a note, our scorecard is still in beta and will be looking for ways to improve upon it and automate the workflow and report features even further. Any feedback you have along the journey we would appreciate.
