Working from the same source of truth is important for seamless delivery... but we're not all interested in the same information. With Mooven you can share routes and tailored views with your team.

Does your Communications team need different insights to your delivery and traffic teams? No problem, with a simple entry of group, name, and a share of a custom view you have in mind, your team, stakeholders and customers can access that specific sites metrics and reporting - and when they need it, rather than waiting for you to report back to them.

1. What are tailored, customised views?

In the Mooven platform these are called Saved views and let you group, save and share collections of routes for specific purposes. Each person in the project team can have their own custom views of the site, aligned to the outcomes they are interested in.

2. Creating a tailored, customised view for stakeholders

On the left Side Toolbar, within View, you will enter the main saved views you would like to access quickly, easily and share with specific users.

  1. Click 'Çreate Saved View' - think about which parts of your project or worksite you want to gain quick access to review data or share with other users.

  2. Enter 'View Name' i.e. 'Worksite' or 'Çustomer Experience Team view'

  3. Select how you would like to share with others;

    1. Internal (just yourself until you share it with a specific user);

    2. Shared with everyone on this site (other users whom you have given access to this project);

    3. Public (any user with the link is able to see the data, this can be useful in large events or community consultations)

Over time this can be useful to analyse project performance i.e. Creating a full site view by selecting all routes you have created on your site, in addition to a view of your worksite or detour route, to quickly assess traffic impacts and make comparisons.

Once saved, you can reconfigure your view and the frequency the data is reported on i.e. You may need only the last 24 hours of your worksite and need to share it with a key stakeholder.
