The Operations hub allows you to keep track of what shifts are occurring, when, where, and the current status of each shift.
These shifts are populated in two different ways.
Shifts are created in Project in management.
βShifts are created by shift contacts on the site by using the Mooven app.
Shift details and messages
Each shift contains details on the particular shift and messages associated with the shift. To access these details or messages, start by clicking on either a shift in the list of shifts down the left-hand side, or a location marker on the map.
Shift details contain:
The programme the shift belongs to.
Start and end times of the shift
Current status of the shift
ROL/MOU number
The team involved, including the shift contact.
History of what has occurred on the particular shift
Messages
To view messages associated with a shift, click on the "Messages" tab at the top of the shift details drawer.
Messaging primarily occurs between Operations hub users and Shift contacts.
Shift contacts are those users of the Mooven app who are on site and reporting on the status of the shift.
How does Messaging work?
Messaging works much like any other communication application. Simply enter the message you want to include into the "Write a message" input and push the send button. The shift contact will be notified as soon as the message is received.
Urgent messages
Shift contacts are able to send through "Urgent messages". These messages require attention more immediately than regular messages do and will be highlighted in the top "Action required" section of the left-hand shift column.
