How an Admin Can Send a Password Reset to a Mooven User

  1. Log in to your Mooven account using your admin credentials.

  2. Select the Settings cog icon.

  3. From the top menu, choose Manage Teams

  4. Locate the user who needs their password reset.

    • You can use the filter function to find them quickly.

  5. Select the user’s profile or the options drop down menu next to their status.

  6. Choose Send Password Reset.

  7. The user will receive a password reset email from Mooven with instructions to create a new password.

You will need to have the correct permissions to see the Manage Teams section of Mooven. If you think you should have that access, please click on the chat bubble in the bottom right and let us know.
